Boasting a unique location on the Atlantic coast facing l'île de Ré, and with 13km of sandy beaches at your fingertips, La Tranche-sur-Mer offers an exceptional beach holiday year-round. Our lovely studio is in an awesome beachfront location and is just 50m from the city centre. Sleeps 3 up to 5 people. Our condo features:

• 1st Bedroom: Double bed and 1 Single bed
• Living space: 1 Sofa bed
• Kitchenette: A set of electric hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster + coffee machine
• 1 Bathroom: Towel

• Spa and shared Seasonal Outdoor pool (May through to September from 10 am to 7 pm)
• Pool access requires swimwear (traditional briefs or swimsuits). Long wetsuits, shorts, and loose clothing are not allowed.

• Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end-of-stay cleaning will be provided for €40 to €60
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay
