We operate a self check-in system meaning you can check-in anytime from 4pm onwards. Check-ins after 10pm are possible but we require ample notice for this to ensure we are available to provide assistance over the phone on arrival. In any case, we send all check-in details 1 day prior to arrival.



The house itself features brand new hard-flooring downstairs and ned carpets upstairs and LED lighting throughout. The entire property is bright, spacious and airy.

We treat have very high cleaning and maintenance standards and like to ensure the property is very well maintained.



The living room has a large smart TV which features BBC Iplayer allowing you to connect to all major channels (including sports).



The house is located in the heart of Inverness and only a few minutes' walk to cafes, bars, restaurants, attractions and more. There is parking available but this is pay and display.



Note : This property does not offer any breakfast option, is a self service property with a kitchen available for you to prepare your own meals.



Please note a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in, no money is actually charged but there is a pre-authorization of 1 euro, this is not applicable for Airbnb bookings.
