Off-grid property from solar and wind turbine with a back-up generator and it's own septic tank system. Internal window cool air-flow (not air-con) on hot summer nights, dual aspect wood burner to take away any chill on cooler nights and underfloor heating for cold winter months.

Lounge offers comfortable seating; 2 arm chairs, 2 footstools, 2 seather sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed, with SMART TV and guest wifi up to 20 Mbs is available free (can be effected by weather generally reliable).

~ Master en-suite bedroom has a King sized bed (180cm x 200cm), double chest of draws and double wardrobe with a shower and bath.
~ Guest en-suite bedroom has 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm), offering flexibile sleeping as a Twin or Super King arrangement with a single level walk-in shower.
~ Lounge 3 seater sofa bed (large double size) has a modest matteress with an extra topper for comfort. Important, to note there is no privacy screening to block sofa from the kitchen/dinning space.

Home from home comforts; cooks kitchen (breadmaking machine, waffle maker, cake tins, extensive herbs & spices draw), drinks blender for delicious cocktails, while delights sizzle on the BBQ. Most difficult choice is decide to watch nightly spectacular sunsets from the front terrace or up in the Tower Room and spend endless hours gazing at star filled night sky consulations reflected over the lake.

Short distance to Nautical Centre; windsurfing, kayaking, catamaran, paddle boards & pedal boats next to communal picnic park. Secluded location but not isolated due to it's central location offering easy access to cultural Granada, Costa Tropical beaches (both within 30 minutes), local village essentials, water-sports and even skiing adventures!

We generally let the house in the Spring/Summer/Autumn months but if you are interested in a longer Winter stay then do get in touch directly, so we can discuss possibilities and quote you a price for your situation.
