About this space
• Tastefully decorated and full of character, Mop Fair Cottage is in the highly sought after central location of Ulverston, a fine market town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
• A beautiful garden space that is sunny all day.
• The cottage is right at the start of the 70 mile Cumbria Way hike which finishes in Carlisle.
• A newly renovated kitchen and well-equipped with all you could need.
• Super fast BT Fibre Wi-Fi (perfect for working from home)
The space
• A cosy wood burner in the lounge area equipped with enough wood for a couple of fires.
• Beautiful original slate floor on ground floor and stripped pine floorboards
upstairs.
• Living room area, dining area and new kitchen which is fully equipped, skyQ with Netflix and excellent BT fibre Wi-Fi.
• First floor bedroom with king size bed and shower room.
• Second floor twin bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath.
• Washing machine and tumble dryer.
• The garden is accessed from the first floor and is sunny all day.
• Outside furniture provided, garden lighting, gas BBQ.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cottage and garden.
Other things to note
This beautiful cottage is probably not suitable for anyone with impaired mobility due to two flights of stairs and garden access is up one flight.
Also it could be difficult with toddlers.
Sorry no pets allowed.
There will be a £50 call out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost.
