Beautiful, detached 3 bedroom seaside house, ideal for families with a large garden set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just a short stroll to the beach and cliff top paths. The cottage has been decorated and furnished to a high standard.

As you enter the property into the large entrance room with boot/utility room, housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. One step down from the entrance room you will be within the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, relax in the cosy lounge which has comfortable seating and a TV with Netflix. The kitchen area comprises of two electric ovens and an induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, there are double doors leading out from the open-plan area to the large garden. Downstairs, leading off the entrance room you also have a snug area which is perfect for children with TV, Wii and Netflix and has a twin futon beds for additional visitors if required. Leading off the snug area is a wet room with shower and WC.

Heading upstairs via the winding cottage style stairs you will firstly come to a small cosy double bedroom with views out to sea. A large family bathroom is positioned between the bedrooms with a handheld shower over the bath and WC. Moving along the hallway you come to a twin bedroom, then a few steps up from the hallway is the master king-size bedroom with a large bay window and views overlooking the sea.

Enjoy the sunshine in the delightful large, enclosed garden, which is equipped with garden furniture and a hammock. Visitors can park in the gated entrance. An EV charger is available in the driveway.
