Hidden Gem

Definitely one of the best places we've stayed at and we have been coming to the Cotswolds five or six times a year for over forty years. Superbly presented in a great location, will certainly be staying here again.

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped and quiet hideaway less than 2 minutés walk from the main street. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Another stay at Ostlers loft

We've stayed here a number of times and it never loses its charm. The place was spotlessly clean, and has some thoughtful touches like a pint of milk in the fridge and coffee and tea. We love this place, which is why we've returned a number of times. just a small note and not a criticism, this time we noticed the pillows had been replaced by feather ones which I am allergic to, so remember to bring your own pillows if you are like me

Beautiful property in excellent location

Another wonderful stay at Ostlers Loft.The property is in a great location and is very comfortable.The outside space was a real bonus in the sunshine. Great service from Welly Boot Cottages too.

Great Cottage Vacation Rental

We had a great Cotswolds trip, and this cottage was the highlight. Great location for taking walks. Lovely kitchen, living room and bathroom. And the bed, and bedding, were so comfortable! We would recommend Ostlers Lost to anyone looking for a relaxing rental.

Short break for our wedding anniversary

We have stayed in a few properties handled by WellyBootCottages and have enjoyed each stay. Ostlers Loft is a nice, quiet, location in Chipping Campden so easy to explore North Cotswolds and to rest up after a busy day. Nice to be able to walk around locally leaving the car in a secure place as parking in Chipping Campden is at best hit and miss. It took a while to get use to a downstairs bathroom but no real problem for a few days.

This was one of the best Vrbo experiences we have had. The cottage was charming and comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the Cotswolds in the fall, Chipping Campden was a good location and the cottage was tucked in a quiet place right off the center of town.

A fabulous stay in a great location

Ostler‘s loft is in a perfect location in a quiet lane behind the main village. Tastefully decorated throughout, with everything needed for an enjoyable stay, close to the village the village pub and beautiful walks. We wasn’t able to get into the property until 4.30 and it was only later on when we went to light the fire that we found there was no firelighters and only one pack of firestarter for that night and two nights worth of logs, the rest we had to provide ourselves if we had known, we could have bought some from Home as we didn’t want to go looking for a supermarket that sold them. Also, I think the property would benefit from having blinds or curtains on the downstairs windows as the old windows were draughty and not very private. I would Pack a dressing gown next time. I would definitely return to this property as it was perfect for two of us. A great location and quiet.

Ostlers 3 night stay

Fantastic location, so close to the main street but still very quiet. A lovely cottage with great facilities. The lounge had a wood burner and needed it as it was the coldest room. We'd definitely stay at Ostlers again!

Quaint with all the amenities

Chipping Campden is the place to stay. Ostler’s loft feels like home. Driveway is a bit frightening at first but you’ll get used to it. Would recommend to the most discerning vacationer.

some areas need atention

the property was well presented and very clean. we only took issue with two things. 1. there were no blinds on three windows and the double doors, this was not good at night and did not feel secure or private although there seemed to be blinds fitted at some time in the past.in our opinion something needs to be done about this. 2.the occasional tables and the dining table seemed to be relics from the past that had seen better days , since this is self catering property these were not fit for purpose .

Perfect holiday spot

My mom and I stayed here over New Years, and it was a perfect spot to set up for the week. The town of Chipping Camden was idyllic, with Ostlers Loft a lovely respite. The space was well-appointed, tidy, and nicely decorated. The Loft put me and my mom at ease and we immediately felt at home.

A really lovely stay

Spent Monday to Friday mid-May. It’s a charming bolt hole and perfect location to visit the best of the Cotswolds. In super condition with everything one would need. Bedding is top quality. A little smaller than the pics appear but perfect for a couple or young family. Chipping Campden is beautiful if a little sleepy in the evening. A great experience.

Return visit

Comfortable convenient setting with the rare benefit in Chipping Camden of parking on site. Found electric hob controls problematic and the absence of any instructions a pain.But this probably are limited experience with this type of cooker.
