Set in a wonderful rural location on the edge of an area of outstanding natural beauty, this recently newly built high spec 2 bedroom country cottage, offers the perfect setting for a holiday in Wiltshire, England.
Only 7 miles from Longleat Safari Park, 8 miles from Shaftesbury, 8 miles from Tisbury, 3 miles from Mere, with Stonehenge, Stourhead Gardens and the Jurassic Coastline all within easy reach and a great collection pubs nearby.

The Space
Evergreen Cottage has 2 Bedrooms, one bedroom with a Double Bed and the second bedroom with a Bunk Bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of space for storing and hanging clothes.
There is a brand new high specification kitchen with high ceilings providing an induction hob, full cooking appliances including two ovens, microwave, filter coffee machine as well as integrated dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. All cooking equipment is provided. The outlook is into a private garden with beautiful countryside views.
The bathroom has a new Laufen Collection with a high pressure rainfall shower.
Underfloor heating throughout the property, with digital thermostats in each of the rooms.
The sitting room area also has high ceilings with patio doors which open into a private fenced and secure garden perfect for children and dogs, with BBQ and comfortable table and chairs with cushions.
There is also a 55” Sony 4K TV with high speed hard wired fibre connectivity for accessing Netflix, Amazon Prime and other online streaming platforms, as well as all the standard TV channels available through FreeSat. Blue ray player also provided.
Super fast WiFi available throughout the property.
There is a private courtyard outside, as well as a fenced garden perfect for dogs and roped large parking area for Evergreen Cottage.
