Internally, the accommodation comprises fantastic living space with an open fireplace, 50″ smart TV and ample seating. From here you can gain access into the large sunroom/conservatory/dining area which leads on to the large back garden, with alfresco dining table and chairs available on the wooden decking patio
The gardens are a particular feature of the house with a wonderful range of mature trees, shrubs & lawn. The property is wonderfully private, yet the house is located close to the shops, the town, the beach and the river. To the front, the house is approached on a private driveway with parking for several cars
The large kitchen is equipped with all of the appliances you could wish for and it is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals. The ground floor hosts three bedrooms and two bathrooms – ideal for members of your group with limited mobility, while the first floor hosts en-suite master bed with super king sized bed
Perfect for a family getaway or a relaxing break with friends, this fabulous home is the ideal base for staying in or venturing out to explore the beautiful Heritage Coastline
