Entering from the front/road into a lovely period hallway with porch, handy for leaving coats and walking boots. The hallway is fully tiled right the way through into the kitchen. The sitting room is on the left with the kitchen/diner to the rear.

With patio doors to the side, leading out to the terrace and rear garden.

The original stairway is a fabulous feature in the lovely home. The stairways are newly carpeted, and bedrooms have ‘driftwood style’ laminate flooring and rugs.
All the bedding is brand new with mattress toppers, mattresses and pillow protectors on all the beds.

Enclosed Garden and Slate terrace:
From the rear of the property, you access a small yard with the enclosed West-facing garden opposite. There is a spacious area and relax with a slate patio and seating. Dine Al Fresco, soak up the sun, or take a short walk to Tywyn Beach to enjoy the fabulous sea views over the Welsh Coast. Don’t miss the amazing sunsets that the West Coast has to offer!
Parking and access:
The house has on-road parking outside (no restrictions) and there is additional parking available in the town just a 2 min walk. The house is accessed via a couple of steps up to the front door. The steps are not particularly steep, fine for any reasonably mobile/active person.
Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. There is a minimum charge of £399 for any stay.
Prices inclusive of energy, wifi, bedding and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning fee of £59 applied to each booking.
If you'd like to bring your pet, we require details of their age and breed before accepting and there will be a £25 per dog supplement.
Changeover day is SATURDAY in the main season.
It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
In order to comply with our agency holiday letting insurance, even though you have provided your details to AirBNB we will ask you to provide your full name, home address, the names plus the rough ages of all the guests, so we can confirm your booking. Your personal details will be kept secure and will not be shared with any 3rd party. We are fully compliant with the Data Protection rules.
Charging of electric cars.
Some of our properties are fitted with professionally installed and connected EVCPs (Electric Vehicle Charging Points) for the safe charging of electric cars. The use of an extension lead into a property that is plugged into a 3-pin domestic supply is strictly prohibited, due to the risk of fire by overloading the domestic electric circuit. Additionally, our owner's home insurance may be invalid if a fire was to be caused by such an act. We suggest that guests with EV's ensure that they are aware of the local charging stations before they book with us.
