One of our most popular coastal properties, Dolphin Beach House is a traditional Welsh stone house is right on the beachfront in Tywyn, and ticks all the boxes for your family getaway.
Once you've dived into the waves, chill out on the terrace, watch the dolphins play, and enjoy the amazing sunsets over the bay. Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are just a short walk from the house as well as a fantastic location being a short stroll into Tywyn, with its independent shops, cafes & eateries, plus the Tal-y-Llyn Railway, and The Wales Coastal Path running right in front of it.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Entering from the level driveway at the rear and into the new utility plus shower room on the right. The kitchen/diner and the main sitting room are on the left.

The kitchen area has a fully fitted farmhouse kitchen with

The focal point is a Cookmaster electric range cooker, set into an alcove, with 2 ovens and a warming oven.

The spacious and cozy sitting area enjoys fabulous coastal views from the windows, as well as a feature fireplace, with slate hearth, and a big wood- burner. Cozy rattan style seating for 8, inc 1 x 2 & 1 x 3 seater settees, 1 x footstool, and 2 x armchairs, and a lovely pine Welsh dresser.
Downstairs guest cloakroom:
With tiled floor, built-in vanity unit with sink, WC, and a washing machine. Another good storage space.
UPSTAIRS
Follow the Victorian feature staircase to the 1st floor and into the 2nd sitting room, where the views get better still!
SMALL BEDROOM 1:
Sleeps 1. Perfect for one child or adult. It’s a useful little room, partway up the stairway, but with just a single bed.
Mid floor Sitting Room: Sleeps 2
Apart from the amazing views, you will love the bright second sitting room, with real leather reclining seating and the focal point being a lovely slate hearth fireplace. The picture framed windows enjoy magnificent sea views from north to south. Gorgeous leather seating, (2 recline in total) inc
1 x 3 seaters, 2 x 1 seater settee, and a 2 seater fabric settee, armchair

A lovely feature ‘roll-top & lions feet’ bath with hand-held mixer tap, cubicle shower unit with hand held mixer tap, lovely mosaic style cushion floor, WC and pedestal wash hand basin, plus feature mirror. Chill out in style and enjoy the mountain views while soaking in the bath.
OUTSIDE:
Garden & terrace:
West facing terrace/garden ideal for sunbathing and
al-fresco dining.
The beach is right in front of the garden with steps down (no road and no traffic) enjoying the sun all day until sunset.
There is a patio area with a couple of wooden tables & chairs, BBQ, and a chiminea. Sun loungers are available for guests.
To the rear is off-road parking space for 2-3 cars and a newly formed picnic terrace with a wooden picnic bench to enjoy the early morning sun. A lovely spot to enjoy breakfast with the mountains in the background.
