This 3-bedroom house offers breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, complete with a swimming pool for your relaxation. Located in the tranquil area of Vale da Telha, the house is situated on a cul-de-sac, ensuring peace and privacy with zero traffic.

Inside, the house welcomes you with a small hall leading to a spacious living area featuring high wooden ceilings. The living room is divided into a leisure and dining area, connected to an open, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen provides access to the outdoor space, including a BBQ area, garage, and a beautifully landscaped garden with a secluded pool—perfect for relaxing moments with family and friends.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, but can sleep up to 8 people if needed. However, it's important to note that the dining area and living room furniture are optimized for a group of 6, ensuring a comfortable and spacious environment. Larger groups may find the space less accommodating for dining and lounging, so please consider this when planning your stay.

The property includes 3 bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes. On the left of the entrance hall, you'll find a guest toilet with a bathtub, and one of the 3 bedrooms. To the right, there are two more bedrooms, including an en-suite with a shower and views of the pool.

The outdoor space offers several leisure areas, and the pool area is secluded and sheltered, making it an inviting spot for relaxation. This home is ideal for smaller groups seeking a comfortable and peaceful retreat close to the beach.

## Neighborhood

Bliss Villa is located in the "Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina" Natural Park, where you will find the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches. This coast is well known for some of the best surfing spots in Portugal. Outside the areas of mass tourism! The nearby town of Aljezur (6km away) is located at the foot of the Monchique Mountains, in a green environment. Aljezur offers several traditional restaurants, supermarkets and a variety of shops. A trip to the busier tourist resorts in the Algarve, including Lagos (20 min), Portimão and Albufeira is easy to do with your car or by bus. Faro airport is a 60-minute drive.

## Transit

From Faro Airport it takes you about 80 minutes by car to get to Vale da Telha. If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended as public transport is only available to Aljezur town but not up to Vale da Telha. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.
