Of open plan design the living room sits to one side, a pretty kitchen/diner to the other while the mezzanine is home to a double bed, lovely en suite shower room and an air conditioning unit cleverly positioned to efficiently serve the whole property.

The craggy peaks of the Sierra Tramuntana foothills dominate the near distance. Sunset sees innumerable changes of colour over the rockface, a panorama best enjoyed perhaps from the fragrant shaded front terrace while the evening meal cooks on the adjacent barbecue.

As one of the most emblematic locations in all Mallorca Pollença needs little introduction. Nearby Cala San Vicenç (4.4km) has two sandy coves, while the Port of Pollença (5.3km) boasts a pinetree-lined coastal walkway, outstanding seafood restaurants and a superb beach. The surrounding hills and coastline are ideal for walking, cycling and bird watching.
