Parking was a nightmare but host let us know in advance. Needs some decorating and updates to make it cozy. Three day stay only one dishwasher puck. Freezer door had been left open before we got there so drawer would not fit in. Mattresses left half our group with back aches. Good location. Restaurant down below.

We stayed four nights to see the sights of Lisbon and loved the location. It was very close to Marquis Square and walking distance to shopping, hop on hop off, grocery store and lots of restaurant choices. I can't say enough about the location. It was an easy check in but as there were 4 adults to only have one key was very inconvenient. The floors were extremely dirty so as there was a pail and mop I resolved that problem immediately. There were no smoke detectors nor an outdoor fire escape which was a bit concerning. The lighting in the living room/dining area was terrible. There were no specific instructions about garbage which would have been helpful. Be aware the beds are very narrow. There is no lift which was a challenge with luggage up 2 flights of stairs but we managed. However, none of this dampened our spirits and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and to have the back balcony was a real treat every day for our happy hour. The restaurant downstairs was very good, along with the proximity to transportation and we absolutely loved Lisbon.

Great place for first Portugal Visit!

Great everything! Location, coffee near by, nice restaurant below. It was my wife and I. We also took our mothers to realize their Europe dream. They are older and the elevator was a huge plus! We did encounter a small problem, but the very next day they work hard to fix it. I can’t say anything negative. Pictures were anccurate and the host met us at the entrance within minutes from arrival. Great space for comfort and privacy of family members.Close to Metro and felt safe walking around at night.

This was our first stay in Lisbon. We were a party of 5 (3 adults and two children) Flat was bigger than expected. Bedrooms good size, nice high ceilings, two bathrooms and a single toilet. Nice eating area off lounge area and good size balcony to back of flat. Air con was great. Comfy beds. Flat really good location; short walk to metro (blue line) supermarkets, cafe and restaurants. Beautiful space and location outside of touristy areas, but a quick ride to wherever you want to go. Friendly greeting to let you into the condo and make sure everything is clean and ready. The beds are comfy and the layout has plenty of room for a group to stay. A few considerations: The place does not have any extra linen; one towel per person and no extra blankets. The coffee machine uses pods but it was impossible to find the correct pods in any of the surrounding stores. The common areas have cheap IKEA furnitureAt check in you pay the damage deposit even though it seems like it was included in the price on VRBO.

Beautiful spacious apartment

Check-in was a bit difficult, as the place had been only partially cleaned, and the cleaning team had left. The administrative staff was difficult to reach, and then kept suggesting that we go see sights for a bit so they could finish cleaning. We had arrived that morning from the US, so had not slept in almost 30 hours, including several young children, so we were not interested in going out. They ended up sending someone to finish cleaning while the kids slept on the couch for awhile. After this initial set up, the place was perfect. Lots more space than I was expecting, as there were long hallways. Small front balconettes and a nice large back balcony. Great location, and the restaurant/coffee place downstairs was fantastic. Short walk to a busy metro station, which made getting to the various tourist sites very easy.
