Perfectly suited for a family or group of friends, this apartment features two bedrooms on the main level, each with its own en suite bathroom. The first bedroom, overlooking the private patio, is bathed in natural light and includes a queen bed, a dressing room, a TV, and a bathroom with a rain shower and sink. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, a dressing room, a TV, and a bathroom with a rain shower and sink. Both bedrooms share a separate toilet with a sink in the hallway.
The dining and kitchen areas are seamlessly connected to the private patio, providing a tranquil space to unwind after a day of exploring or to enjoy a special dinner while admiring the vertical green garden. The sleek and modern kitchen features original exposed limestone walls, which, along with the oiled oak floors, create a unique and stylish ambiance.
A contemporary staircase, suitable for adults and children aged 8 and older, leads to the lower level. Here, you'll find a third bedroom, a bathroom with a rain shower, sink, and toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Just steps from the apartment, the Carreau du Temple offers a vibrant cultural and artistic hub with a variety of shops, cafes, and activities, including many open on Sundays.

Contrasting with all the historic buildings is the modern Centre Pompidou.

A few minutes walk from the apartment, Le Marché des Enfants Rouges is one of the most typical parisien markets where it is good to walk around and enjoy the terraces for a weekend brunch.
