Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable to pay the fine (equal to the security deposit) and for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
Standard Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request with a minimal fee.
Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time without approval and/or delay from our housekeeping staff will be charged the fine of £300 plus the equivalent rate of night/nights affected plus cleaner reschedule and or cancellation charge.

Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed (quiet time is between 8 PM and 8 AM), including on balconies and in shared spaces. These violations are subject to a fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repairing damages.
Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Unauthorized guests will be subject to fines. ( security deposit amount)
Pets are not allowed. Violation of the pet policy may result in a fine. I encourage guests with service animals to contact before their stay.
Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys. Charges may also apply if the keys are not returned on time. Minimum charge £100.
If you would like to extend your booking, please contact 48 hours prior to check out otherwise extra cleaning charges may apply.
For bookings longer than 14 days a charge for a mid-stay clean is added. This is to make sure you have a clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay and to ensure that our apartments are well maintained.
This is the same cost as the standard cleaning fee that was charged when you initially booked the listing. Mid-stay cleans include fresh linen, towel change, and replenishment of complementary consumables such as toiletries, etc.
Safe and easy transaction as we will collect the mid-stay cleaning fee via Airbnb. If you require more cleaning please let us know as this can also be arranged for you.
This also applies to reservation alterations.
Rescheduling your mid-stay clean is allowed 24hrs before the scheduled date. Last-minute reschedule/cancellation may be subject to charges.
For stays that are 14 days or more:
Should you wish to opt out from mid-stay cleans, a fee equivalent to 50% of the standard cleaning fee will be applied and collected via Airbnb.
All extra services like mid-stay clean, early check-in, security deposit, etc must be paid upon booking or prior to the check-in date. All payments must be done within the Airbnb platform.
