Outside there is a front wildlife-friendly garden, and a side lawn area with furniture, and roadside parking on a first come first serve basis, accessible over a small bridge/stream. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub, and within 1.2 miles you will find the beach, and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 26 Llawr Pentre is a charming dwelling for a trip to North Wales. Note: No handrail to the stairs. Note: The front garden is not enclosed. The famed Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park with its great indoor and outdoor leisure facilities, a number of neighbouring golf courses, and a variety of restaurants and bars in both Old Colwyn and Colwyn Bay are just a few of the nearby attractions.
