Step up through the door opening into: lobby with door leading to staircase and Kitchen/Diner: Kitchen table with 4 chairs, newly fitted kitchen with electric hob and electric oven, fridge/ freezer and microwave, washing machine. Door to: Family bathroom: bath with shower over and washbasin. Staircase leading to small landing with closet, with doors to: step down into Lounge: Comfortable corner sofa, occasional chairs and smart TV. Double Bedroom: with double bed (use of closet on landing). Single Bedroom: with single bed and trundle bed (please advise upon booking if required). Family WC: WC and wash basin.
