Our flat is housed in a charming bourgeois building with lift access and high ceilings, offering a view from the balcony. The living room and bedroom feature long doors opening onto a portable balcony overlooking the lively street.

During your stay, you can experience utmost comfort as the apartment's configuration and functionality are designed to meet all your needs.

The bright and cozy bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, and a newly fitted air-conditioning system.

The modern living room is equipped with a large TV, a sofa bed, and another newly fitted air-conditioner.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, salt, pepper, and a dining table for up to four persons.

The bathroom provides convenience with a powerful shower, shampoo dispenser, toilet, sink, bidet, mirror, and a washing machine.

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 2 in our Airbnb property.

Please note that we do not provide beds or baths specifically designed for children.
If you plan to stay with smaller children, we kindly request that you bring your own bed and baths.
Any incidents or accidents involving the bed will be deducted from your security deposit.

Kindly be aware that our property features a balcony that overlooks the street. As a precautionary measure, we kindly ask parents or guardians to exercise caution and ensure the safety of their children when in this area.

Upon check-in and key collection, all guests with children are required to sign a separate contract, which falls outside of the standard terms and conditions of Airbnb. This additional agreement is aimed at ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.

To cover any potential damages during your stay, a security deposit of 500 euros is mandatory. This deposit must be paid before check-in and key collection. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded to you upon the conclusion of your stay, provided there have been no damages incurred.
