Dieses neu renovierte und modernisierte Haus bietet Ihnen alles, was Sie für einen schönen Strandurlaub benötigen! Sehr geräumige 2 Geschichte, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Eigentumswohnung Schritte vom Meer und Bucht! Große Terrasse mit privatem Grill, 2 Balkonen, großes Familienzimmer und voll ausgestattete Küche mit Töpfen und Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck usw. Wir bieten auch kostenlose Wi-Fi. Wir haben ein großes offenes und helles Wohnzimmer, einen großen 4K-Smart-TV und ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Dusche. Die neu gestaltete Küche verfügt über Edelstahlgeräte, eine Frühstückstheke und einen separaten Essbereich mit einem Tisch für sechs Personen. Wir haben Strandstühle, Strandtücher, Boogie Boards und andere Strandartikel für Freunde und Familien zur Verfügung. Es gibt zwei schöne Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, eines mit einem Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Fernseher. Das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Waschbecken und eine große Dusche.
Wir befinden uns in den begehrtesten Gegenden von Mission Beach, auf der Halbinsel, wo sich der Ozean auf der einen Seite befindet, und in der Mission Bay auf der anderen Seite unseres Hauses, beide nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Viel Sandstrand zum Faulenzen oder Volleyball, Surfen, Bootfahren, Kajakfahren und Boogie-Boarding. In wenigen Schritten gibt es den Mission Market, Pubs, Restaurants und vieles mehr. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entlang der Strandpromenade bietet family fun @ Belmont Park. Es ist ein Vergnügungspark mit vielen lustigen Aktivitäten für die Kinder und Spaß für die Erwachsenen sowie Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wasseraktivitäten.

South Mission Beach Amazing Stay

Excellent host - easy to reach and very helpful local suggestions.Super clean place with beachy vibes throughout. Kitchen has everything needed.Beach chairs and coolers were a huge plus.Super short and beautiful walk to the beach and boardwalk. Coffee, breakfast lunch and dinner all within 50 feet.Belmont park is also a short walk away for family entertainment.You should note that there is no air conditioning (I missed this detail), although fans are provided in every room.There is also some street noise in the later evening (10p-12a) from the main bedroom due to the nearby restaurants. This required closing the slider and losing cool air supply.These minor details did not overshadow all the perks of this place. We will be back!

Great location steps from Mission Beach

My family and I spent a fun five days at this beach location. This townhome is located only a minute walk from the beach. We really enjoyed relaxing in the updated downstairs and front patio.

We enjoyed our South Mission Beach stay. Fran and Bill are thoughtful and responsive hosts, consistently responding to our messages within a 2hr window. The condominium has lovely decor, is comfortably furnished, and is extremely clean (high value metric). The kitchen is well appointed, including both basic and gourmet kitchenware. Outside seating areas are a plus for quiet time and privacy. The beach is easily accessible by foot, as are boutique restaurants and shops. We traveled throughout the San Diego area during our stay and found South Mission Beach to be close enough for convenience and far enough away to be restful. We would return to South Mission Beach, as well as highly recommend to others. Robin Liles

Great family getaway

Perfect location for access to beach and bay. Our family had a wonderful much needed long weekend of building sand castles and shell searching. The market across the street had everything we forgot and ice cream treats for the kids. very thoughtful hosts. I would stay again.

Lovely Place

A nicely decorated and comfortable rental. Extra beach amenities which was greatly appreciated. The master bedroom mattress is soft which my husband enjoyed. The neighbors were friendly and fun and the location is perfect walking distance to everything you may need.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Fran and Bill were very responsive and accommodating! The house was perfect for us. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the carpet as it takes away from the feel of how great the home actually is. Maybe have some travel soap and shampoo for guests but otherwise we LOVED how comfortable we felt! We’d definitely stay here again! Totally will recommend this place to friends and family! Thank you Fran and Bill!

Perfect for a beach getaway

Stayed with my husband and 2 preteen kids. The house had everything you needed for the beach including boogie boards and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware. There was a grill available to use but we didn’t use it. Convenient walk to beach or Belmont Park. Lots of little restaurants within walking distance.

Summer Fun!

This home is absolutely lovely and provides the perfect "beach vibe"! It is well appointed with all you need for a day of fun in the sun, BBQ'ing and dining alfresco on the patio with family and friends. Great location with short walk to the sand, restaurants, and neighborhood market. It's a short drive to Mission Bay where you can rent Duffy boats for an afternoon cocktail cruise and soak up the sunshine. We live in the desert and were looking for an escape from the summer heat and a fun location to spend time with friends. Fran's home fit the bill in every manner.

Amazing location

We stayed at this house for 4 days/3 nights, it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities such as tupperware, foil etc. It was steps from the beach, it took us about 2 minutes to walk down the pathway to the sand. The house had a closet stocked with beach accessories from coolers to boogie boards and outside they had a bin full of sand toys which was perfect for our family. It is close to the main area of Mission Beach where you can walk to restaurants if you would like. There is a great coffee shop just next door and the Mexican food place across the street was great! We will be returning to this house on our next visit to San Diego.

Very nice home. Stayed with my 2 20 year old daughters. The twin beds were small of them but they managed. King bedroom was very nice. We used beach chairs and cooler which was really nice. The location is great - walked on the boardwalk every day. Lots of food options close by, Market was handy but overpriced, but that's expected for beach town. There are bars very close by that paly live music on the weekends. Very loud if trying to sleep but I am sure we would have been there if the kids were 21. Took an Uber to the market in Little on Saturday - loved it! Easy drive to Sea World. Easy walk to Belmont and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Ice machine would be nice, but we bought ice from accross the street.

Great place to stay. It is super close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Belmont Park. The condo had lots of beach towels and toys handy. It was a home away from home, great for a stay with kids.

Good spot for beach access

This is a very active little strip of land between the bay and the ocean with a LOT of homes packed onto it, and one main road up and down the strip. There are pros and cons to staying in this area. Pros--super close to the beach (2 min walk, maybe 5 with little kids and a lot of gear in tow). Coffee shops and a few eateries less than a one-minute walk away from the front door. Cons--it was loud at night for me (not just on New Years with fireworks that shook the house, that is to be expected!) with activity outside and planes flying overhead.The house itself is well-appointed and comfortable! The front door almost looks like a back door--the front door doesn't face the street, rather the walkway between other multiplexes, and it's behind a gated patio. Very glad parking was included, although getting our minivan in and out of the tight spot took some maneuvering. My main disappointment was that there is no washer/dryer. Traveling with kids and being near the beach makes having a washer almost a necessity. My fault for not specifically looking at the listing to clarify that. It's one of the big reasons we like to stay in rentals vs hotels.

We have always enjoyed being at the ocean and fell in love with Mission Beach. After many years of owning here we still love our vacation home and are always excited for time here at the beach! We couldn't have picked a better home and location! It is a wonderful beach community, so charming and lively. The weather is amazing, and we love the beautiful sandy beach and miles of boardwalk where we have enjoyed walking, and riding bikes. The sunsets are stunning! We love that we are so close to so many great San Diego attractions and always seem to find new places to explore. We never run out of things to do there. When our 3 boys were younger, they always enjoyed our Beach Home and coming here for our family trips. They still enjoy it as much now that they are grown. We have many great memories, and still looking forward to many more. Nothing makes us happier than being able to share our home with so many great guests throughout the years, hearing their great stories of their time here and building memories with their family and friends, enjoying our home as much as we do.
