Welcome to this newly renovated apartment in the cool area of Carvajal, on the border between Fuengirola and Benalmadena. Just a stone's throw from the beach and the 8km long promenade.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with 2 pools and a lovely sea view, a stone's throw away is Playa Carvajal which is the nearest beach but also among the best on the Costa del Sol. Here there are beach bars, restaurants, bars and shops. A few minutes away by car is also the El Higueron Sport Club with a world-class paddle facility, here there is also a restaurant and Spa and plenty of parking.
It takes just under 15 minutes to travel from the airport to the apartment and there is also a train nearby that takes you along the entire coast, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, the Airport and Malaga city.
When you step into the apartment you are greeted by a bright and newly renovated apartment with the fully equipped kitchen on the right, here you have a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer and much more to cook on holiday.
Further into the apartment you have a dining area, comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV before you come out to the lovely balcony with a dining area and a lovely sea view where you can at times see dolphins alike.
Upstairs you have a large and private roof terrace with a lounge group and here you have sun all day.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and A / C and blackout blinds.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, washing machine and dishwasher and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
