Excellent Central Property in Benalmadena

This is a fantastic apartment with everything you need located right in the heart of Benalmadena. The apartment is located 2mins walk from the Marina with a wide range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Maria was a great host and always on hand.

Fabulous!This apartment is fantastic!! It is bright, spacious and very well equipped with a living / dining room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen and a laundry area. It has air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Everything!!! The apartment has a wonderful homely feel. The swimming pool is great as is the pool bar which also serves snacks. Sun loungers can be hired for 2 a day.It is in an excellent location, within a 5-minute walk of the beach and the harbour. Lots of bars / restaurants nearby and a supermarket across the road. 15-minute drive to Malaga airport.And then there’s the host…..Maria is so kind. She provided excellent communication throughout our stay (although not excessive), making sure we had everything we needed. This is customer service at a level that I have never experienced before. She is very accommodating, thoughtful and easy-going. Where possible, she will go above and beyond to maximise your holiday experience at this wonderful apartment.It is no surprise that all the reviews to date have been 10.0. You cannot fault this place! A wonderful experience, thank you so much Maria. ¡Hasta pronto!

Our family of five, 2 adults and 3 children, aged 14, 12 and 9 had an excellent holiday in this lovely apartment. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room and our 12 year old slept on a sofa bed in the main living area. The apartment has a range of supermarkets within a very short walk from the apartment. The marina and beach are approximately a 10-15 walk from the apartment with a wide range of bars and restaurants. Although we didn't make dinner in the apartment, the kitchen seemed to be very well equipped for anyone wanting to dine in. The swimming pool was great. The pool depth ranged from 1.20m to 2.75m in the main pool, but there was also a smaller pool suitable for toddlers and younger children (0.4m depth). The pool area also had a bar which served drinks, both alcoholic and soft drinks and a range of food including toasted sandwiches, pizza and fries. Another advantage of this apartment is the close transfer from Malaga Airport. We also enjoyed a day at the local water park which was only a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. Maria's communication was excellent, at the time of the booking, in the run up to our holiday and even throughout our stay if we had any questions. Thank you Maria! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit the Benalmadena area.

Ubicacion inmejorable

El apartamento es mejor que en las fotos. A dos minutos de una playa de arena y muy agradable. El puerto con mucha ambiente para pasear. Supermercados al lado, una piscina muy grande. Hemos estado muy agusto.

Perfekt läge med allt du behöver

Bodde i lägenheten i 1månad och värden Maria är helt fantastisk och hjälpsam på alla sätt och vis. Lägenheten var enligt beskrivningen och det var tyst och lugnt i huset. Ett fullt fungerande kök med alla köksartiklar som behövs för att kunna laga mat utan några problem, känns som att man är hemma. Närhet till allt, så som pool, stranden och mataffären. Kan varmt rekommendera denna lägenheten för familjer, par, vänner som vill ha en ordentlig lägenheten med all nödvändigheter man önskar sig när man hyr.

Apartment was excellent from facilities to location. View from balcony was fantastic

This property is ideal for individuals, families or groups of friends. It is located right in the centre of Benalmadena with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach all located within a 5 min walk. Has a fantastic view of the marina and the sea beyond. Also has access to garden and swimming pool. I would highly recommend this property and will definately stay there again

Très bien situé avec piscine et au calme

Appartement fonctionnel, au calme avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et de la plage à 5 min à pied. Supermarché à 2 pas et bus au pied de l’immeuble. La propriétaire est très accueillante et au petit soin. Tout était très bien super vacances ;)

Great location two big bedrooms kitchen and living room brilliant sea view could not have been better supermarkets one minute away a real home from home would highly recommend
