This beautifully renovated three-storey former chapel in Malltraeth, Isle of Anglesey sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms.
Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 2 x ground floor super king-size with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor super king-size, 1 x first floor king-size with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC. First floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Second floor open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Underfloor eco heating and woodburning fire. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave. Small fridge, freezer, dishwasher. Small washing machine and small tumble dryer (Not suitable for large loads or for pet clothing/towels). Iron & ironing board. TV. WiFi. Hot tub (additional charge). Travel cot and highchair. Ample off-road parking. Front lawned garden and patio area. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Small convenience store 1 minute walk. Pub 1 minute walk. Sardis Chapel 1 is a wonderful property based in Malltraeth, Wales. The property is set over three floors and offers modern accommodation, which has been renovated with no expense spared, and boasts underfloor eco heating. Offering four spacious bedrooms, two super king-size on the ground floor and one king-size and one super-king size on the first floor. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, with a family bathroom on the first floor - so you can have your pick of rooms and enjoy the high-quality facilities. The second floor is home to an open-plan living space, with a large U-shaped sofa and a cosy multi-fuel stove, to give that extra warmth on chilly evenings and cosy days in with views across the open countryside and distant mountains of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdonia). You are also a stone's throw away from the Malltraeth Cob, a scenic walking route created to reclaim the surrounding marshland and the home of wonderfully fascinating wildlife, often frequented by birdwatchers. This is the perfect place to be for nature enthusiasts. Gather around the dining table with seating for up to eight people and enjoy a lovely family meal together prepared in the kitchen, with all the contemporary appliances on-hand. Outside there is a front lawned garden and patio area with a large hot tub (additional charge) - perfect for soaking away those aches and pains from the beautiful walks around the area. Malltraeth has many nearby attractions, including the National Trust house and grounds of Plas Newydd, with so many things to do! Your little ones will love the new Frisbee golf course, as well as a cool tree house and a historical museum with the world's first articulated wooden leg.
Parents can enjoy long walks through the woodland and along the Menai Straits - even a boat ride!
Further afield is Beaumaris castle, medieval castle which dates back to the 13th century, a perfect day for exploring the historical sightings.
Or for your little ones, why not venture towards Pili Palas Nature World, a fun petting zoo with a variety of animals including meerkats, reptiles, birds and butterflies as well as an indoor play zone for the kids to release their energy!
