reachable by the stairs in the garden. The outdoor area is furnished

It opens into a large air-conditioned living room with well-equipped kitchen, two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and the dining area with tv. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Moreover, there is 1 full bathroom.

Torre Suda there are the main amenities. It is characterized by a clean
and blue sea, accessible rocky beaches and a few beach establishments.


 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Wifi connection is slow.
- The holiday home is on the lower floor compared to street level, and can be reached with a few steps in the garden.
