Two well-behaved dogs welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 3.9 miles there is a shop and within 1.8 miles, a pub. Coars Farm is an idyllic countryside retreat for families and friends. Note: The car park for the café and tea room is adjoining the side of the property's extensive gardens. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Town: Long Preston is a picturesque Yorkshire Dales village in Ribblesdale, 12 miles from Skipton and 4 miles from Settle. To the north are the fells, moors, and valleys of the Dales; to the south are the wetlands of the Ribble Valley and Bowland. The village has large, tree-lined village greens, footpaths to the surrounding hills, and two excellent pubs with first-rate cuisine. The village's railway station connects to the Settle-Carlisle line, which crosses some of the country's most beautiful upland scenery. Settle is a bustling market town with a weekly market dominated by the Shambles, a 3-story building with shops on two levels and houses above, and the Town Hall.
