The space
Bedroom:
A custom made palette bed with a brand new super comfy king size Emma mattress. A 6ft clothes rail with plenty of hangers and a large chest of drawers offer you all of the storage you need. The bedroom overlooks the garden so is super quiet and relaxing. A perfect night sleep.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with Smeg and KitchenAid appliances. Large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and enough pots, pans, utensils, knives and cookery books for even the most avid cook.

Bathroom:
Powerful shower with on demand hot water and a bath for those who like to soak in the tub with candles. Decorated in modern, white tiles with black fittings and lots of storage for toiletries. Towels are provided.

Living Room:
The living room has 2 large windows so is flooded with light during the day and overlooks the park so has beautiful views. A comfy sofa with designer chairs, sonos sound system and handmade coffee table make this room a cool space to kick back and relax in.

A large, handmade dining table with 2 chairs and a bench comfortably seat 4. The table converts into a calm workspace for those who need to send a few emails. There is also a colour printer also available for you to use.

Hallway:
There is shoe storage, coat hooks and a mirror at the entrance to the property. There is a bike provided which you are welcome to use and space for a couple of additional bikes if you have them or want to rent some whilst in town.

Extra:
Super fast fibre broadband throughout and a secure intercom entry system.

You have the entire apartment to yourself but it's paramount that we are respectful towards neighbours.

There's access to the large, rear garden. It's shared with neighbours so please be mindful when using the garden and leave it as you find it. No gatherings or parties.

Other things to note
The apartment is on the first floor (2 short flights of stairs with 18 steps total). There is no elevator in the property.

There is no TV in the flat.

The Technic's 1210's and vinyl are not available for use during your stay.
