Modern and clean condo

Loved our stay at this condo. The building it self is very nice. The condo even better. Nice modern and clean. Good location on the beach. Beach chairs and towels included. Pool was so nice and fun. Really enjoyed our stay. Wished we could have stayed more than just 2 days.

I had an awful experience with the website and paying for everything

This apartment is next to the beach. However, we had a lot of problems here. Additional Charges: When we first got here, we did not see on the website about having to pay separately for valet and resort fees. Also, as a consumer, you have to pay separately, whether you want the services or not. This was not on the website that we paid the apartment on, we informed the host of this and sent the link to show us where it stated the extra charge. We got nothing back. Elevator/air-conditioning: There was approx. 40 floors in the building and not enough elevators to accommodate. You would be left waiting hours to get the next elevator because they would usually stay packed. So, you would be running behind basically everywhere you went and taking the stairs would be dangerous when carrying large items with you. Toilet paper/towels/shampoo bottles: There is also a separate cleaning company for shampoo, toilet paper, and towels. There was only a few of those items when you get into the apartment; however, that is all you get. You also have to pay extra if you even want toilet paper and other toiletries. After we asked the host, we barely got a couple rolls of toilet paper and a scant amount of necessities for the week that we stayed. Overall, the place was nice and next to the beach. However, not worth all the money you have to spend just to vacation. The consumer has to pay extra for pretty much everything. As a consumer, we felt blindsided.

Hello Arnela, I am sorry that you have not read the rental conditions, I suggest that next time you pay attention and make all the necessary inquiries before booking. All additional expenses are clarified in the publication. The supplies that the cleaning company left in the unit are complimentary and since it is an apartment within a condominium, the rest of the elements you need are at your own expense. If you need those services, they suggest an all-inclusive option. Thanks for your opinion.

Great stay for adults

Loved the property, loved that there was a restaurant and bar on site by the pool area with beautiful views. The manager was responsive and understanding. Would definitely recommend for adults stay. However, I wouldn’t come back to thir resort with my 9 year old child. Here’s why. The only downside of the resort itself was the beach access. Resort charges $40 or so per day for resort fees, they provide towels by the pool and towels and lounges on the beach. You get one beach access card per day. When you get to the beach they take the card away, and there’s no re-entry. Basically if you want to spend morning and afternoon on the beach using their towels and lounges(mind you there are no umbrellas and the lounges are lined in 2 lines literally attached to one another) you cannot do this. If you are gone for longer that 20min they take your lounge chair away. Otherwise, a nice stay overall.
