The casa is situated in central Gaucin, an award winning Pueblo Blanco inland from Estepona. Gaucin is a lively, bustling town, equipped with many independent bars, restaurants and food shops, meaning you do not need to leave the town during your stay.
The space
This two bedroom casa is arranged over three floors and has breathtaking views of the mountains and Valley. Ideal for birdwatching , the birds circle on the thermal currents. From the terrace, the main living room is accessed and has a sofa, two armchairs and a wood burner for autumn and winter nights. The well-equipped kitchen has a full-sized oven, hob and a microwave. All utensils are provided to cook a full meal utilising the delicious local ingredients.
The main bedroom on the 1st floor has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom, on the ground floor, has two single beds, high quality linen and towels are provided. There is a further bathroom on the ground floor, with a full sized bath with shower over.
High speed fibre broadband is available for guest use- ideal for streaming movies and for digital nomads.
Newly refurbished for 2022, the property is well-maintained, with a pool shared between five rental units.

Other things to note
Parking is available just above the complex - a two minute walk away. For larger groups - the whole five units can be booked -sleeping thirteen.
