It has 2 double bedroom (one bed 160cm wide, the other 140cm), a large living room with an open kitchen and dining table, two bathrooms.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning (in the living room and in both bedrooms), heating, coffee pod machine, toaster, oven, laundry machine and dishwashing machine.
The apartment is on the second floor of a 16th century building that doesn't have elevator and has the original and characteristic spiral staircase.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 150 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
