Sapphire Beach Resort und Marina ist wieder im Geschäft. Die Wohnung ist bereit, Gäste zu empfangen, um unser wunderbares Stück Paradies zu genießen. Dies ist bei weitem eines der besten Eigentumswohnungen am Sapphire Beach. Villa E-301. Dies ist eine 2-stöckige Villa, und es ist im E-Gebäude, wo die Off-Shore-Brisen über Pillsbury Sound über 2 Wrap-around-Decks und in die Villa wehen. Wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können, wurde es komplett von einem Innenarchitekten mit Granit, Frühstücksbar, Edelstahlgeräten, Glasdusche, Onyx-Spüle, 2 großen Flachbildfernsehern, BOSE-Sound, Teakholz und rustikalen Möbeln aufgewertet. Sapphire Beach ist einer der schönsten Strandorte unter der US-Flagge. Sie finden zahlreiche Beschreibungen auf den zahlreichen Websites mit dieser einzigartigen Eigenschaft. Hier sind einige wichtige Datenpunkte:

- Dies ist die einzige Unterkunft, die direkt am Sapphire Beach Strand / Meer liegt. Es ist Sapphire Beach Resort und Marina (SBRM). SBRM es ist kein 5-Sterne-Resort-Hotel mit Zimmerservice wie das Ritz Carlton, es ist eher wie eine Wohn-Eigentumswohnung Eigentum.
- Diese Wohnung befindet sich auf den obersten 2 Etagen des Gebäudes "E". Diese zweistöckige "Villa" hat fast 1400 Quadratfuß. In der Villa befindet sich das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit einem Vollbad, Wohnzimmer, Küche und andere Bäder sind die Treppe hinunter.
- Die Villa befindet sich an der Ecke und verfügt über ein Wrap-around-Deck auf jeder Etage, mit einem zusätzlichen Satz von Glasschiebetüren auf der Seite
- Keine Haustiere sind erlaubt.
-Das ist eine Nichtraucher-Einheit.
- Die Wohnung ist eine geräumige, deutlich aufgewertete Eckvilla, in der Sie die breiten Glasschiebetüren offen lassen und den ganzen Tag / Nacht den Ozean hören können.
- Sprint und AT & T betrachten die USVI als genau so wie das Festland, es gibt keine Roaming- oder Ferngebühren, egal ob sie vor Ort anrufen oder zurück zum Festland. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrem Anbieter.

The perfect vacation villa!

My husband and I stayed here when we were in St. Thomas for our wedding and honeymoon, and we have nothing but amazing things to say! The villa was just as nice as the photos and has the most incredible view of the ocean. It’s far enough to be away from the beach crowd/noise but is still within a short walkable distance to Sapphire Beach and the beachfront restaurants, bars, and shops - taxis are easily accessible in the area which is a huge plus too. To top it all off, the host is wonderful and great with communication! We’re already planning our next trip back and can’t wait to stay here again!

Outstanding!

This is not the first time we've stayed at Sapphire Bay, but it's the first time we've stayed here, and we will never stay anywhere else on STT. We have already booked our return trip for next year.The place is outstanding. The furnishings are complete. It is clean, comfortable, and communication with the host is outstanding. Check-in procedures, house, rules, everything we needed were included in our package before we left and made everything really easy.You should absolutely book this place, any week, but ours!

Anniversary Trip

This was our 1st time to St Thomas. We had a great time. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The stairs to the bedroom could use some work and water pressure was low in the showers. Overall we would highly reccomend.

Nice condo, best condo location for watching the New Years fireworks. We enjoyed watching the boats and the fantastic ocen view. Only problem was having a parking spot in the front on the building. We would stay there again.

Beautiful beach

Sapphire beach is a beautiful beach, we loved the units quiet location and the incredible views it provided. There are great restaurants on site, and groceries, other restaurants and the ferry terminal to St John are within a mile (if you don't want to rent a car, taxi rate is $6 per person). The condo has everything that you could need if you want to cook, furniture and the bed is comfortable. The owners were great with communication. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful week in St Thomas at a great property

We spent a week in this property, and it was great. I have to start with the view, which is as phenomenal as others have noted. The unit was very well equipped, with a smart TV, comfortable furniture, and well-stocked kitchen. I assume the building is fairly old, but this unit has obviouisly been updated recently. The resort is great as well, with a great bar on the beach and very good upscale restaurant as well. I would certainly try to get this unit if we visit St. Thomas again!

Perfect beachfront location

The property was very clean, perfect location on the beach. Coffee shop and bar restaurants onsite gave us convenience when we didn’t go out. The ocean breeze from both balconies gave us a relaxing view and calming experience. The pool was amazing. We would highly recommended and visit again.

Location is very nice for beach access. The condo was clean but needs updating with cheaping paint in front hall way and first floor bathroom. 2nd floor AC unit was out the entire stay and a power outage. There are lanterns.

I absolutely enjoyed spending a full week in USVI! Unit E301 is nicely furnished just like this photos and has the most beautiful views of the Virgin Islands. I enjoyed the amenities within the condo as well as throughout Sapphire’s property! I’m ready to return as soon as possible!

Amazing!!

Out stay was amazing, the island was beautiful and the rental was as listed, we loved all the extra items (snorkel gear) available for our use. It was well stocked with towels and other items.

The views from this property are amazing! Watch the sunrise in bed or from the spacious porch! Comfortable beds, lots of room to spread out. Beach is amazing; great snorkeling right off coast and bar onsite!

Beautiful Place - I hope they get generators!

Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina is in a fantastic location, and Lee Ann's unit is in a great spot at the complex. Corner unit, amazing views, very close to the pool. It is a short walk down to the beach and to the restaurants on site, but far enough away that you don't hear all the hustle and bustle when trying to relax. We loved the restaurants on site: Buzz was great for morning coffee, Beach Bar was great for drinks and lunch, Paradise Pie was perfect for casual dinner, and my wife and I had an excellent meal at Sea Salt. We did rent a car so we were able to explore restaurants in Red Hook and Secret Harbour, which I would recommend. And definitely take the ferry over to St. John for a day. Lee Ann was a great host and easy to communicate with. We did have significant power outages due to a problem with one of the main feeders to the island, and then an issue with a power plant. Lee Ann was in contact with us throughout, but there wasn't really anything she could do (maybe add a battery-powered fan or 2 to the unit so the air can move around when the breeze isn't blowing). We were aware that power outages could be a part of our stay before we booked, but our experience was definitely worse than what we had read. A lot of the locals said the week we were there was the worst it had been. Guess we're just lucky lol. The restaurants at the complex had generators, but as of now the individual condos do not. I hope that changes, because this place would be perfect!

We had a wonderful time staying in Saphire Breeze at E301. The condo was immaculate, the bed was comfy and the views were amazing. We were so happy to call this our home away from home while we enjoyed our honeymoon! Lee Ann is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. We look forward to coming back next year for our anniversary.
