The property was really lovely, in a nice, quiet area. The pool, and area, was absolutely perfect. The villa was really clean and spacious, with a little bit of general wear, which did not affect the overall cleanliness of the property. It was a short walk to the beach, supermarket and a lovely, family-run restaurant. There is only one set of keys, which are kept in a holder by the front door, just don't walk out without them, or you cant get back in. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Villa Marina Pernera

Nice Villa, good location - walking distance to a lovely beach, usual supermarkets and some nice restaurants. The pool was lovely and clean You wouldn’t necessarily need to hire a car unless you wanted to venture further. There’s a very regular/good bus service from Pernera.

Great location - Villa lacking in areas

Villa Marina is a lovely large villa but I feel is lacking in areas which need attention. The pool area, there were cracked and risen tiles and the bushes were overgrown and a lot of bird poo. The bbq advertised did not have any grill trays so we had to improvise to use this. The kitchenWas well stocked with plates etc but lacked enough cutlery for the use of 6 people and the glass dining table was broken at the edge which was a hazard. The rooms were spacious and all air conditioned however the air conditioning unit in one bedroom leaked water into a double socket beneath it. We were also greeted by cockroaches in the villa on arrival but some spray kept them away for the rest of our stay. Overall a pleasant stay but was also let down by the fact that they could not accommodate late checkout the day we left the reason being that the cleaners had already been arranged.

Everything you could need for an amazing holiday was in the villa. Nice spacious outside area with a private pool and terrace and a nice dining area with BBQ. It is in a great location and within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great holiday spent at Villa Marina and Larnaca. Just what we were looking for when making research for booking a villa, cozy, clean, and well decorated. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. The location is excellent only a 5-minute walk to the sandy beach. We had the most wonderful holiday ever! We are coming back for sure.

The Villa Marina was great, right what we expected. It is well equipped with everything you will need, and situated in a nice neighborhood, near to almost everything. The pool and the terrace were fabulous. We also visited Ayia Napa, one of the best beaches in Cyprus, which is just 15 minutes drive. We are already planning our next trip to Larnaca and highly recommend Villa Marina!

First of all, I need to say that the villa is actually even better than in the photos! The outside areas were well maintained and the pool was very clean. We spend a nice time at nearby beaches where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc.

Just what we were looking for when making research for booking a villa. Our children loved the pool but have also enjoyed the white sandy beach and the other places we have been. The space was really clean and well-maintained. We warmly recommend Villa Marina.
