We are truly sorry that your experience was affected by several maintenance and service issues. The lack of kitchen linens and sufficient bathroom towels upon arrival, as well as the unpleasant smell in the upstairs bathroom, are certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We also apologize that the additional supplies promised by the management company did not arrive as expected. The water entering the bathroom and kitchen during the heavy rain is particularly concerning. We understand how disruptive this must have been, and we are sorry that the response and delivery of towels took longer than they should have. We will ensure that this issue is properly investigated and addressed. We also regret the difficulties you experienced with the Wi-Fi and the lack of a timely response when you reported it.
