The apartment, which is in a lovely Victorian building, is newly decorated and is equipped with everything needed for a fun break to the seaside, or a quiet couple's getaway.

You can stroll into Worthing along East beach past cafes, award winning restaurants, beach huts and outdoor leisure areas. In town, you can explore the range of excellent restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars that Worthing has to offer.

If you prefer to cook at home, the kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby, or you could even try out the fishermen's wares sold on the beach, or pop into to Shoreham, just 10 minutes down the coast, to try out the regular farmers' market.

There are also many beautiful Sussex villages and pubs within 30 mins drive.
The cosmopolitan city of Brighton is visible along the coast, and just half an hour away.

The main living area is a spacious open plan (fully equipped) kitchen, sitting and dining area with views to East Beach and access out onto a small balcony. Relax and watch TV from the comfy 3 seater sofa, or enjoy a home cooked dinner at the table in the bay window.

The double bedroom, with wardrobe (with full length mirror), dressing table and plenty of storage, is calm and tranquil. The bed will be made up for your arrival with fresh linen, bedding and towels provided, including separate beach towels for your use.

The apartment has a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and sink unit with mirrored cabinet.

There is also an optional 27" computer monitor for your use should you prefer a larger/second screen for working at the desk.

*Parking - parking is on-street in marked bays. Visitors e-permits are available on request for zone D bays with restrictions between 10-11am and 2-3pm ONLY (no charge)

The owner and/or property manager will be living locally and on hand to deal with any questions/problems.

Late check out fee - £45 per hour unless a late check out has been agreed in advance.
There is £50 charge for lost keys.
