The space
Villa Granite, built on an elevated position, offers endlessly romantic sunsets and views over the island of Naxos. The 210 sqm private villa, features three spacious bedrooms. All the rooms come with en-suite bathrooms. The intended simple furniture and fittings create a relaxing ambience. Bedrooms are located on the upper floor.

whilst the coziest area of the property is the pergola-covered lounge, along with the BBQ and dining area, totally shielded from the occasional ‘‘ meltemia ’’ winds. This is the perfect corner to immerse yourselves in the spirit of the island and to get together.

The outdoor area at the lower level is surrounded by earth-toned carved granite rocks and a naturally landscaped garden.

There are four bathrooms with traditional touches with white sink, toilet, and bathtub. A washing machine is available. All kinds of essentials and towels are provided for the guests.

A cozy small kitchen equipped with all essentials and needed equipment in order to prepare any meal you feel like cooking is located at the ground floor, next to the main entrance of the house. Custom made seating surfaces surround the back stone built wall which is decorated in a minimal style.
