4 bedroom villa situated minutes from the Moliets Golf Course. 25 minutes walk from the beaches and 2.4km from the city center of Moliets. With plenty of activities nearby and a cozy place to stay, you will certainly enjoy this with families or groups of friends.

• Outdoor Activities: There are a host of activities that guests can participate in, including golfing, swimming, horseback riding, and surfing. Take lessons at the école de surf du golf, a 1.2 km drive from the villa. Head to the public beach, Plage des Chenes Lièges for a swim
• Places to see: Take a day trip to the Natural Reserve of the Courant d'Huchet, a 9.6km drive each way. Enjoy the Observation Deck overlooking the ocean.
