Opposite is the well-known Maravillas market, one of the largest food markets in Europe where you can find the city's best chefs buying their products. This apartment is located on the first floor of the building, with a built area of 40 m², it has the perfect capacity for 4 people.

It has a beautiful bedroom, with a very comfortable double bed, a cosy living room with a double sofa bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with an en-suite shower.

The apartment has a microwave with grill functionality.

The flat has air conditioning for cold/heat in all rooms.

This apartment does not have private parking; you can find a public car park a short distance from the apartment.

Any extra equipment such as a cot or high chair for babies is subject to availability. The guest must contact Mit House to confirm in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
