Set on the quiet outskirts of Croyde, this delightful, fresh and welcoming four-bedroom detached house makes a fantastic holiday getaway for larger families and groups of friends. Ideally situated for discovering the area’s gorgeous beaches and quaint resorts, the property offers a reverse-level layout, with stunning views from the lounge and the first-floor balcony. With plenty of room for up to eight guests, this spacious, colourful and light-filled retreat is perfect for keen walkers, beach fans, nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts exploring a breathtaking stretch of the North Devon coastline.
Entering the property, head upstairs to the first floor and the spacious, light-filled open-plan lounge /diner which features a welcoming wood burner and plenty of seating, making a great space to sit back and watch a movie in the evening. Doors open out onto a charming balcony with garden furniture, providing a wonderful spot to sit out and take in the far-reaching views. The first floor also has a stylishly arranged kitchen and a pretty en-suite king-size bedroom. Returning to the ground floor you will find the bathroom and the three remaining bedrooms: two cheerful doubles and a light, cosy bunk bedroom. Stepping outside, the enclosed back garden has a charming lawn and a picnic bench, offering a relaxing spot for a BBQ. You can play table tennis in the garage where there’s ample room for storing surfboards and bikes.
With the gorgeous beaches of Croyde, Putsborough, Saunton and Woolacombe all within 3 miles, the property is a wonderful base for surfers and beach lovers. Croyde has a fantastic choice of places to eat and drink, with other nearby attractions including Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Morte Point, Baggy Point, Tunnels Beaches, Watermouth Castle, the western edge of Exmoor National Park, and Ilfracombe Harbour, all within 15 miles.
