Villa Kallisti - private villa with hot tub, large garden, close to the beach

Surrounded by a lush green garden, a few minutes away from a yet undiscovered long sandy beach, and recently renovated to high standards and with all modern comforts, our house is set to offer you all you may need for a totally relaxing stay. Just 5kms from the town of Lefkada, the house is in short distance from all amenities and sandy beaches of over 7kms long.

The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating 4 guests with possibility to extend to a total of 6 (two children in the double sofa bed). One bed is queen size (1.60x2.00), and the other one is king size (1.80x2.00) which can be separated to two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, French coffee machine, capsules espresso machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster, kettle, washing machine/dryer, to name a few amenities.

Outdoors, there is a large garden space surrounding the house from its two sides. Orange and lemon trees, olive trees, pomegranates and apricot trees create a totally nature-connecting setting. Two outdoor dining sets of furniture ensure you will enjoy your meal or bbq in peacefulness, enjoying the summer breeze, whereas our outdoor hot tub will provide a great way to unwind and de-stress.
