Modern apartment in the heart of Palermo, a few steps away from the Teatro Massimo and La Cala harbor.



The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room which features a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a TV. The independent kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a kettle, a coffee espresso machine and a toaster. A hallway leads to the sleeping area which consists of two bedrooms, the first one fitted with a queen-size bed, while the second one is provided with two single beds. Every room has access to the balconies overlooking Via Bara all’Olivella, a pedestrian alley. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. The air conditioning in the living area and one of the bedrooms and the heat pump for colder days will be at guests’ disposal.
