The room is located on the fourth floor, without a lift and features a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a small fridge, a television, a safe and a desk, perfect for working remotely. A modern bathroom with a large shower completes the layout.

The highlight of the accommodation is the private balcony overlooking Via Vittorio Emanuele, the oldest street in the city, and boasts a view of the magnificent Church of San Giuseppe.



Within Villena Plaza, guests will be able to enjoy the common space furnished with designer chairs and tables.



*The apartment is located in a ZTL zone, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.



*In the common area there is a shared kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The times when it is possible to use it are as follows: 8 to 14 and from 18 to 22.



*Monday to Saturday, daily room tidying is scheduled. Linen change is available upon request, for a fee.
