Schöne Villa mit vier Schlafzimmern und erweiterter Poolterrasse in Südlage. Exquisit eingerichtet, eine prächtige Villa für bis zu acht Personen oder ein Palast nur für zwei Personen. Eine geräumige Lounge öffnet sich zu einer überdachten Terrasse, einem Pool und einem Whirlpool. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und einem herrlichen Bad bietet auch Zugang zum Pool. Voll ausgestattete Küche und separater Waschraum. Für den Poolbereich, beide Bäder und alle Schlafzimmer werden reichlich Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Hotel liegt am Indian Creek, zehn Minuten von Disney World entfernt.

Der private Poolbereich der Villa ist komplett mit entspannenden Gartenmöbeln abgeschirmt. Die Villa und der Pool werden auf höchstem Niveau gereinigt und gepflegt. Ein 24-Stunden-Supermarkt sowie zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Universal, Sea World und Wet’n Wild sind alle innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Kennedy Space Center und Cocoa Beach erreichen Sie in 75 Minuten.

Das Indian Creek verfügt über einen eigenen Tennisplatz, einen Putting- und einen Kinderspielplatz. Indian Creek ist wirklich eine der bequemsten Gemeinden für das Magic Kingdom, Epcot, das Animal Kingdom und den Rest von Disney World.

Unsere Villa liegt in einem Golfparadies. Nur 15 Minuten von Disneys großartigen Golfplätzen, Celebration, Highland Reserve, Falcons Fire und vielen mehr entfernt.

Die Villa wird während der gesamten Zeit vor Ihrer Ankunft zu einem sehr hohen Standard gereinigt. Die Villa ist voll klimatisiert. Der große Raum, die Lobby und die Küche sind mit Keramikfliesen im Floridian-Stil ausgestattet. Die Master Suite und der Essbereich sind mit Holzböden ausgelegt und die Doppel- und Zweibettzimmer mit Queensize-Bett sind mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Highspeed-WLAN ist kostenlos verfügbar. Die Poolheizung ist optional für 25 USD / Tag erhältlich.

Host was super responsive, answer a couple of questions and responding to a couple of concerns. Location is very close to Disney's Hollywood Studios, and near to most of the other Disney parks, a little further to Universal, but still not far from all the major attractions. Spa worked fine, we didn't spend much time in the pool and the rain and wind made the pool a little dirty, but we didn't really have time for the pool. Rooms are good sized and the three bedrooms are comfortable. Alarms on all the doors to the pool area, which may be required, but is nice for peace of mind. Would stay here again.

Great get away

It was a nice place for me and my wife to relax for a reasonable price. Walked in to a very clean house and nice pool area. Has several beds for entire family to stay. Master Bedroom wasn’t the cleanest. Overall great location to stay at!

Excellent!

This property was a perfect getaway for our family. The check-in was process was very smooth and communication with the property manager was great for the duration of our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and spa, and paid the extra fee to have the pool/spa heated. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and the whole house/pool area feels really private. We did not go to Disney or any of the other parks but this would be a great location to book for a trip to the parks, as it’s close to everything. We would stay here again!

Quiet and Comfy

This property was very clean, comfortable, and close to the Disney parks. We loved spending time near the pool. The only downside was that the welcome packet in the kitchen mentioned optional welcome packages with groceries, bottled water, etc. I wish I knew about those earlier so that I could choose one. There is a Walmart about a mile away so we got groceries and snacks from there to enjoy during our stay. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommended it.

Amazing home close to Disney!

Sarinya was a great host and responded quickly to us. The home was great and the pool was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Only suggestion is to maybe upgrade pans but it didn't take away the perfectness of the home. It’s in a perfect location as well. Hope to be back next year!

Exactly what we needed

We had the most perfect stay at this rental - it had everything we needed to relax and set us up for wonderful visits to Disney World & Universal Studios. We loved having a kitchen to make breakfast before we left for the day and really loved having our own space to spread out and get a good night's rest each evening. The commute to the parks was so easy and convenient. Grocery and take out were just as close by. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice little home located in a convenient area of Orlando. Communication with the host was good. House was clean. Pool needed cleaning and jacuzzi isn’t warm but it’s Orlando so it’s nice and hot already. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay in Orlando this place is a nice place

Exceptional Experience

First time staying away from the resorts and truly enjoyed the experience at this particular property. Well-designed house in a very quiet subdivision right at the door-step to all local attractions including Disney. Exceptionally clean and well taken-care of. The private pool and spa at the back really completed the experience. We came at a non-peak period so the value we received from access to a full size washer and dryer to a well-equipped kitchen was was beyond compare to any other accommodation options. Not really sure why we didn’t discover this earlier ;-)

Ok house just had a lot of issues

The smoke detectors kept going off in the middle of the night. The property manager eventually got it fixed by disabling the defective smoke detector. The fridge and freezer wasn’t functioning properly the freezer seemed like it could only get down to 34 degrees Fahrenheit and the ice maker didn’t work. The master bedroom toilet base was loose. The master bedroom over head light would turn on by itself in the middle of the night. The house seemed clean but these issues made it very annoying. The owner didn’t offer to compensate us for the inconveniences either.

we've responded to guest concerning the smoke detectors within an hour around midnight. Guest also reported an issue with the freezer during mid stay. The refrigerator has now been replaced accordingly.

NOT AS ADVERTISED, BEWARE!

Short & sweet to the point… claimed to have hot tub, was a spa. Claimed pool and hot tub to be heated, heater did not work (worked only designated daytime hours that was not pre-communicated). Claimed to have outside grill, there was none. Bed comforters were stained, not clean. Land owner did respond back when texted but with no productive resolutions. Paid For 5 days and had to evacuate after 36 hours in rental due to hurricane Milton, 0.00% refund was considered by owner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BOOK THIS VRBO!!!

The guest was evacuated from Clearwater/Tampa due to the hurricane. It was a last minute booking. The spa is connected to the pool and can be heated up to 103 degrees. The guest was using the spa after 11 pm and the timer was running from 10-10. It can be adjusted as needed but he didn’t know and said that it didn’t work. I told him that I can adjust the timer as needed. They’ve decided to leave early because his wife came from another country and was scare of the hurricane. The grill can be rented from a vendor. It’s including a full tank of propane. They didn’t report any issue of cleaning. Kissimmee wasn’t on a hurricane path and the guest didn’t ask for a refund. They’ve booked the house last minute to be away from the water in Tampa area.

Great stay, would stay here again!

We had a great stay in this property. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean, great location (super close to Disney and almost all of the parks). Parked in the garage, neighbourhood was quiet and clean. I was hesitant to book here initially because of so many comments about the pool and spa temperature (being too cold/not working). I had trouble turning it on at first thinking that it is not working, but Sarinya was so quick and easy to chat with via the messaging app on vrbo. She let me know we had to turn the spa on (one button), and once we realized this, it was PERFECT. Spa temperature was hot, super great! Pool temperature was fantastic as well, kids literally jumped in the pool as soon as we got back every single evening and swam like fish the entire time. We bought some pool toys at Walmart for them (blow up turtle). Definitely was not too cool for March. Adults loved the hot spa. Totally recommend this place. WalMart is super close, I think a 4-5 minute drive, so easy to get what you need. There was a Keurig and a coffee pot there as well as salt and basic things like that. Dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses. We contacted the bbq rental company that the host recommended and they had our bbq dropped off and waiting, so that was great. Enjoyed bbq steak poolside a few nights :) Overall, highly recommend this house. Clean, great pool/spa, fantastic location, house had AC with wifi and parking in the garage, did not smell like smoke or anything like that. 10/10.

Great potential, but needs some attentive maintenance

This is a home with really great potential, but it does suffer from some maintenance issues. The good stuff: 1. Great location - only 7mins drive from Disney World main gate, 5mins to Wal-Mart 2. Big pool, over-sized south-facing deck/lanai 3. Fantastic heated pool (needs re-surfacing), nice and hot jacuzzi-style spa 4. Spacious house with well-equipped kitchen 5. Check-in was easy, instant comms with host However we also experienced quite a few issues: 1. When we arrived, both of the sliding rear doors had broken locks and could not be secured. Host had to arrange locksmith next day. 2. We had various issues with pests during our stay: Flying ants in bath (host arranged pest control), I found 4 lizards in the house, saw a rat and droppings around the pool. Frog in the pool. The host really does need to get the holes in the lanai screen fixed (I'm not talking about the hurricane damage, which isn't her fault). 3. The pool lights and spa heater can only be remotely controlled by the host. This means that coming back late at night from Disney, had to message host to turn on the spa/lights if we wanted to use it. Was not a huge issue, but a little odd/inconvenient. 4. Various minor maintenance issues that could be addressed with more attentive management: squeaky beds/fans, damaged bath, blocked sinks, ants, etc. Despite the issues, overall we had an enjoyable stay and I loved the spa, but I would unfortunately not return due to the maintenance issues we experienced.

The guest checked in right after hurricane Milton so we do have a few pool screens that needed to be repaired. Other issues that guest has reported have been addressed within 24 hours. If the issues didn't get addressed in a timely manner, I don't think they would have stayed for 2 weeks.

Major Pool/Spa Problems

We rented the villa beginning Feb 4th to March 4th 2023. We paid for the pool/spa to be heated for 22 days beginning Feb 6th for the price of $25.00/day per the website, for a total of $550.00. After Feb 6th, we were notified by the owner that repairs to the leaky spa had been scheduled to be made. Apparently, there were problems with pool/spa before Feb 6th. Repairs were made after the 6th and the owner came to villa to met with the pool technician after the leaks were "repaired". When we turned on the spa later that day, a pipe burst by the filter system resulting water gushing out flooding the area. As a result the heat was turned off and we were unable to use the pool/spa for two days before "repairs" were made. Even though "repairs" were made only 3 of the 6 jets were functioning in the spa and sand was coming out of the jets in the both the spa and the pool. We notified the owner of the problems and sent photos of the sand in the pool/spa. She indicated she was aware of the sand issue because in a text she wrote "the leak has been repaired but something is going on". No indication was given by the owner on how the poll/spa problems were to be corrected. We are still unable to use pool/spa. In addition to only 3 jets working and sand in the spa, next the pool water turned green and the pool company had to be called again. Still can't use the pool. We were unaware that the owner changing the pool servicing company. It took two weeks for the new company to clean the pool/spa which happened to be our last day of pool heat usage. A little too late. Due to all these issues, we requested a refund. However, the owner was "unable to issue a refund". What would justify a refund if all of the above is not enough? A very bad and disappointing experience! We were not refunded the money to heat the pool/spa.

This is a one month stay. We have to do a repair on the pipe leak which was completed within a day. The guest was demanding for a full refund on the pool heat for the entire month long stay which wasn't reasonable.

Great Disney Vacation!

The property was exactly as it was advertised, it was clean, well appointed with starter amenities and a great location. The pool was beautiful, clean and private. I do recommend purchasing the heater if you like a hot spa. The owner was very accessible and responsive. We will be back!

Great weekend getaway

This property was great for a weekend away with friends. It was close to Universal Studios and other activities. The pool was nice, but I wish the heater was working better. The water didn’t seem to warm up much, but it could have been due to the weather (high 80s one day and stormy and 60 the next). We received a partial refund on the pool heat which was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

Great offsite Disney property

We stayed here for our Disney vacation. About 15 mins away from the parks and close to a Walmart for food and essentials. The heated pool was great to have for our young kids!
