Four bedroomed Villa Aylin offers a family-friendly base for your holiday. Villa Aylin is a charming and charismatic home that creates an inviting and cosy atmosphere for everyone through its combination of a minimalist interior and modern facilities. It uses a neutral colour scheme throughout adding pops of colour to make a fresh and bright interior. The villa is well situated within close proximity to various restaurants, shops and within walking distance to the harbour and Kalkan's pebble beach.

Villa Aylin has a large, open living room with a lounge set that you can sink into and with the large windows facing over Kalkan's picturesque bay.  There is a large round dining table in this living area, as well as a large dining table outside. Having a meal at the villa with the family or friends is a lovely experience. The kitchen is both modern and fully equipped for your daily needs.

There are four bedrooms, which are all decorated with a stylish but clean style. These bright bedrooms have storage for all your belongings, as well as access to a balcony or terrace. Three of the rooms have double beds; the fourth has two singles. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and they are equipped with air conditioning capabilities to help combat the heat. The roof terrace has a fridge and sink area, perfect for enjoying a sundowner.   The villa also has a utility room and a table tennis table on the lower ground.

The superb outside area has a terrace with dining table, and areas to relax in the shade of the house, enjoying the sea view. On a lower level the awesome swimming pool has Grecian steps and a water feature. The is a large as well as a BBQ so you can enjoy the ultimate summer food whilst you unwind and take it easy of an evening watching the sparkly lights of Kalkan's bay.

Location:

Villa Aylin is a short walk from Kalkan's centre; an old fishing town turned popular holiday destination on Turkey's Mediterranean coast. It's famous for its colourful boat-lined harbour and picturesque white-washed houses, draped in pretty bougainvillaea flowers descending to the sea. The majestic Taurus Mountains provide a dramatic backdrop and plenty of opportunities to go exploring.

If it's downtime you're after, Kalkan is blessed with some of the best restaurants, many on rooftops.  There's Blue Flag Kalkan Town Beach with calm crystal-clear waters that make it great for swimming and snorkelling, as well as Patara Beach, an 18km-long sandy stretch of shoreline which is also a natural park.  Look out for loggerhead turtles which nest there and birdlife. Kalkan Beach is just a two-minute walk from Kalkan harbour, while Patara beach is around 20 minutes from Kalkan by car or the local Dolmus. For a more sophisticated experience, Kalkan has many beach clubs, with food and drink service and steps into the sea.

History buffs can spend some time visiting some of the finest ruins in the region, such as the Lycian sites of Xanthos, Patara and Pinara. At the same time, if you've got a taste for adventure you can enjoy a host of watersports, quad-biking, horse-riding at sunset or take boat trips along the coast. A great boat trip will take you to the island of Kekova, with underwater ruins of Dolchiste, an ancient Lycian settlement. You could also visit serene Saklikent Gorge or wallow in a rejuvenating mud-bath at the nearby springs.
