Villa Colossea is a superlative 5-bedroom villa, located in the Kishla Bay district of Kalkan. With its breath-taking panoramic sea views and luxurious accommodation, it offers a magnificent holiday location for large groups of friends or families.

The villa is located in an elevated position, and is approximately 5 minutes' drive and 15-20 minutes' walk from the centre of Kalkan. There are several excellent beach clubs located literally a few minutes' walk from the villa, which offer sunbathing and restaurant facilities, and also have water taxis to Kalkan harbour.

Villa Colossea is beautifully furnished in a modern contemporary style and can accommodate a total of 10 guests in its six bedrooms. Guests can also enjoy the villas Turkish bath, sauna and gym/games room.

Ground floor

The ground floor is reached by a flight of steps which lead directly onto the pool terrace, with its spectacular views across the bay to Old Kalkan.

There is a spacious open plan lounge with an L-shaped sofa located to maximize enjoyment of the panoramic views, and indoor dining table for 6, and flat screen television. Adjacent to here is a modern well-equipped kitchen, with toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven and water cooler.

The Turkish bath, sauna and cloakroom for communal use are also located at this level.

A staircase leads from here to a small gym room with treadmill, exercise bike, weights and table football. There is a water cooler here too for guests to quench their thirst they may have worked up.

First Floor

This floor hosts two double en-suite bedrooms, interconnecting sea view balcony.

This floor also hosts two double en-suite bedrooms, interconnecting sea view balcony.

Top Floor:

This floor hosts a twin En-suite bedroom, with access to the roof terrace, which has sunbeds and a small table and chairs groups to allow guests to soak up the breath-taking views.

The distinct corner pool, with roman steps access, is some 6 x 6 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.6 metres.
