This house has the benefit of a garden, good sized rooms, easy parking and peaceful surroundings. the neighbourhood is incredibly friendly and I have a neighbour that will help with any issues when I am away.
The house is very close by to Victoria Park, Tides Leisure Centre and Deal train station, the local hospital, CoOp shop, takeaways, plus only a short 15 minute walk into town or to the beach.
This is an unusal Art Deco house (one of the few examples of this architecture in Deal) and is also very close to the lesser known historical areas of Deal such as St Leonards Church (contains the of Kents oldest Saxon grave and William Morris studio stained glass) and Hamilton Road Cemetery, which is named after Lord Nelson's lover, Lady Emily Hamilton, containing incredible trees and historic graves.
It is also very close to Deals oldest pub, The Farrier Inn.
