Summary:
The property is located in Cayton on the quiet cul de sac, Spring Gardens, not far from Cayton Bay. It is a well equipped two bedroom bungalow. There is parking on the drive with easily enough room for two cars. There is also unrestricted parking on the street outside.

The Space:
The main bedroom has a double bed and a large set of fitted wardrobes with a mirrored door in the centre. It has bedside drawers and lamps, as well as a wall - mounted smart television.

The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside drawers and lamps, a chest of drawers, a mirror and hanging facility on hooks.

The cosy lounge diner has corner leather sofa and table and chairs. There is a smart television in here too alongside USB charging sockets, (also USB sockets in the hall).

The 3 piece bathroom has a shower over a bath, a shaving mirror and a heated towel rail.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and cooker. There is a small fridge freezer and in addition to this, a large fridge freezer in the garage, as well as a highchair.

We have equipped the property with a Smart TV in the lounge and in the master bedroom both linked to the WiFi that we provide free in the property.

The secluded garden has table and chairs for your outside living and a firepit.

The Neighborhood:
Spring Gardens is set in the middle of a very well serviced village with two public houses a couple of local convenience shops but there is also a large Morrison's store less than 5 minutes away.

The sea is not too far away though its almost as near the Morrisons store is. Cayton Bay is renowned for its surf beach and facilities. The town of Scarborough is less than 10 minutes away and it is served well by bus if you do not drive.
