The Mansarda amazing Sea View

Situated right into the village of Praiano and close to food stores and amazing restaurants, at 15 minutes’ walk to the well-known beach of La Gavitella One Fire, in the west oriented area of Praiano, facing the dazzling and sparking Positano, The Mansard apartment is ideal for a short term holiday!
The apartment is on the second floor of a small building and consists of one room with a comfortable double bed includes a sofa and a Tv. It is air conditioned/heated. A separated equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with wash basin, bidet, toilet and enclosed shower, hair dryer. It can therefore accommodate 2 people in its double bed; please note that we prefer not to admit children of any age. By the front door and the kitchen La Mansarda has a private open terrace with seating furniture; it is perfect to start your day with a coffee. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found at your toes. Marina di Praia is at 1.5 km and you can reach it by bus. Closest bus stop is Praiano nr 6, at 1 minutes away. Street parking is available at 400 meters, about 5 minutes’ walk. Bed linens and towels and final cleaning are included in the quote. Visitor’s tax is additional and paid at the arrival in cash. Pets are not allowed! Please note that part of the ceiling is not high (this are the last 3 meters before the sea view window and above the bed), as this is a mansard flat. Very tall guests should consider this aspect, before taking it for rent, as our ceiling is slanted!
