The suite is as advertised and contains everything one might find in a budget hotel room, with the addition of microwave and place settings. All in all, very livable for short trips.
Communication with the host Emilio was superb, 6/5 stars. He was prompt, helpful and accurate. I had a rather significant problem with my arrival and he straightened it out in minutes.
Other nice touch: there was a 20L bottle of water on the counter for my use, saving me a trip to Oxxo to buy water. Thanks for that!
The bed was super-comfortable, and the AC was strong. The hot water in the bathroom and in the kitchenette sink was sufficiently hot.
A minor drawback is that the suite has nowhere to put clothes--no shelves or bureau. There is a rack from which one could hang clothes on hangers, but you have to buy/bring your own hangers.
The only significant drawback to the unit isn't the suite itself, it's the noisy neighborhood. The main window in the bedroom faces the street and lets in all the street noise: endless motos, dogs barking, outdoor gatherings across the street, and (as of my visit in Sep 2022) construction abutting the building the suite is in.
There is no denying the value of the place, and it's priced correctly.
