The Dimora Tisa is a charming, newly built holiday home, thoughtfully designed with all the essential amenities and attention to detail.

The house is situated in Torre Pali, close to the renowned Maldive del Salento beaches, in a peaceful residential area, away from the hustle and bustle.

It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with the option to add two additional beds, and features a well-furnished outdoor space.

The accommodation is 70 sqm and is spread over two levels:

The living area, located on the mezzanine floor, is equipped with air conditioning and includes:

- A spacious kitchen/veranda, fully equipped with a dining table, modern kitchenette (without an oven), microwave, and coffee machine (Dolce Gusto pods). The open design, which overlooks the outdoor space, makes it an ideal place for meals.
- A living room furnished with an additional table, sofa bed, and TV area.
A full bathroom with a shower.

The sleeping area is located in the basement, which can be accessed either from the outside or through the living area. This area includes:

- A large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
- An en-suite bathroom (no shower).

Additionally, from the sleeping area, there is access to a small outdoor space equipped with a washing machine and a convenient outdoor shower.

Dimora Tisa features an entrance and an outdoor courtyard with sun loungers and umbrellas, providing the perfect spot to relax with a drink or enjoy a good book.

The surrounding area is characterized by typical Salento houses, dry stone walls, and rural landscapes, with farms and traditional buildings.

Although there is no private parking, free street parking is easily available, even right outside the house.

As mentioned above, Dimora Tisa is located in a peaceful residential and rural area, making it particularly ideal for quiet stays away from the hustle and bustle, especially during the high season. However, the area is well-served, with several commercial activities just 200 meters away. In the town center (approximately 600 meters), you’ll find shops, bars, tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, pharmacies, and more.

The beaches of Torre Pali are only about 1 km from the house, while the famous Maldives of Salento are around 2 km away.

A visit to the town of Presicce, located about 10 km from the house, is highly recommended. Known for its charming historic center, Presicce is a true gem of Baroque architecture, which is the legacy of Lecce. The narrow streets, noble palaces, traditional courtyard houses, and the impressive Baroque Church of Sant'Andrea—housing a Renaissance bell tower—have earned Presicce a spot among the most beautiful villages in Italy.

For nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, a nearby trail, the "Path of Fani," offers a scenic route to explore.
