The villa has 2 bedrooms, facing an amazing sea view, 2 bathrooms, a big livingroom
and kitchen area and it offers space for 5 guests. The huge verandas invite you for breakfast, relaxing afternoons, family dinners and wonderful evenings with sunsets and a light breeze. The swimming pool, which is facing the infinite blue of the sea, is perfect for relaxing moments.
Perfect for families, friends and small groups who want to enjoy the South Crete side and its natural beaches, traditional villages and the privacy of a holiday villa. Aeοnios villa is 3 minutes away from the beach by car.
Aeοnios Villa makes you feel comfortable from the first moment. Its clean and modern lines make you feel relaxed and welcome. It is designed to fulfill the guests needs to the best possible way.
The Villa is surrounded by a garden that gives you privacy and also space for children to play. The Villa has a very big parking area. On the huge verandas you can relax and spend your time in the shade under the pergolas, enjoying the great view of Kommos beach. The outside furniture invite you to eat, but also offer enough space for a game night or just an impressive sunset.
There are 2 bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds who can be separated or joined together according to the guests needs. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the infinite blue of the sea. There is one bathroom on the ground floor and another one on the first floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a dishwasher and generally all the necessary amenities of a house. There is also a washing machine and a gas BBQ. The villa has a satellite TV connection and a very good quality internet connection.
There are sun beds by the pool, which offer you relaxing moments.
The perfect place for a couple and a family holiday in Pitsidia with a lot of peace, yet close to the taverns, cafes and the great beaches of the region.

Pitsidia is situated a short drive north east of Matala and Kommos (or Komos) beach, in the south of the Iraklion district, about 1 hour drive from the Heraklion airport.
It's not much more than the road that leads the people to these two other places and a few side streets.
On the main road that leads through the village and around the central square you will find plenty of bougainvillea flowers covered tavernas where you can have a bite to eat, and there are a couple of supermarkets, a hairdresser, a butcher and a bakery.
It's got a charm of it's own and it looks definitely better than some of the ugly villages you can see along the new national road. As you drive through the village on the main road you miss out on the actual old part of the village.
There are quite a few accommodations in the village of Pitsidia and is an option for people who want to visit the nearby beaches (Matala and Kommos) but want to avoid the crowds.
Matala beach lies at a distance of about four kilometers and Kommos beach is about one an a half kilometer away.
You can walk from Pitsidia to this last beach in about 30 minutes. Yet another beach, the beach of Kalamaki lies at a distance of about 5 kilometer from the village. From Pitsidia there are regular buses to Matala beach (during high season 6 buses per day).
Pitsidia is the oldest village in the area. In Byzantine times the commander of the army decided to settle in the village.
