Thank you Carole for your lovely review. It really means a lot for our family business! We are sorry about the waste situation, the recycle services are a bit sad in the uk. That’s why we have a black bin in the back of the patio, which we empty ourselves and take the rubbish to the recycle centre. We ask our guests to leave extra rubbish in black plastic bags we provide and which are in the cabinet under the sink. Thank you for choosing your stay with us!

Dear Andy, Thank you for choosing our property for your stay and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. We’re sorry you were struggling with a few things. As we have 3 king size double beds, another custom made bed, which is much larger then super king size and 2 double sofa beds, we believe, that the property has more than enough spaces for 12 persons comfortably sleeping there. However, we understand that everyone has different preferences and comfort levels, when it comes to sleeping arrangements. We apologize if the bed sizes did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration to improve our services. In response to the duration of journeys, we're adding the most common journey durations with the best possible routes on the site. We are committed to provide the best possible experience for our guests and will continue to make efforts to meet and exceed their expectations.
