Everything was just wonderful. I have stayed in a Summerhouse Condo brfore and each time I enjoyed them. If I haf one suggeston it would be that in a two bathroom condo the host could supply more than 1 -1/2 rolls of toilet paper. We thought to bring everything except this. It would have been a nice touch to have at least 2 full rolls for each bathroom.(hotels do)

Everything we needed in condo. Very clean, comfortable beds, wonderful balcony. Beach access very close and beach was great! Swimming pool very large and kids loved it! Our host was responsive to questions and provided all instructions needed.

Perfect beach condo

Loved the balcony overlooking the water- was out there ever morning watching the dolphins as the sun rose! Fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for the group and everyone has a great time!

Family Beach Vacation

Had a wonderful time at Summer House. The condo location was amazing. Access from each room to the wrap around balcony was a treat. We had 5 adults and an infant and had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your condo. Would definitely stay again.

The balcony on the end unit was amazing. We ate every meal on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. The amenities met our needs with small children. We will book this unit again in the future.

Limited beach view. Pots and pans were not clean before we cleaned them. Mold and stains in master bedroom shower. When making reservation I was lead to believe condo was on the east end of B building. It was on the west end. Price for beach chairs very high! Left elevator was stuck on 6 th floor for two plus days so unusable.

Family getaway

We had planned our 1st beach trip with our granddaughter, our first rental over booked us. We arrived on Sunday night but had to check out Wed. morning, Jeff the owner was super nice and stayed in contact with us the whole time. When we arrived everything was nice. We had ask ahead of time about chairs and he told us he had a few at the property, when we arrived we couldn’t fine them. We messaged just to let him know we didn’t see any just so he would know. He had the cleaning lady go buy 6 new chairs for our use. Pools were nice and clean. We will definitely be revisiting. Thank you Jeff.

Under construction

This condo was pretty nice. It wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped for. I did like it being on the end and having a balcony on the back and side. The whole building was under construction, I will never make the mistake of booking one again that is being worked on. Parking was a nightmare, several spots were taken up by the crews equipment. Elevators were slow and one wasn’t working half the time.

Perfect Stay!

Had a great stay, this condo is perfectly placed to watch the sunrise and sunset. Even got to see the full moon rise from the gulf. This unit has a wrap around balcony that allows for all the gulf and western views you want. Great WiFi if you need to stay connected. The unit was clean and nicely equipped. It was kid and adult friendly. It was a perfect short walk to the beach from the unit. Also everything is super close to the location. Walmart, Publix, Dollar General, Food, Fun, It's all there. I have absolutely no complaints and that's rare for me because I have really high standards. Stay at this condo!!! You wont be disappointed. I promise i'm not related to these folks and they did not pay me for this review. This is an honest unbiased review. Thanks!

Overall the condo is fine - starting to show its age. Biggest complaint was it really only should be noted to sleep 7 not 9/10 as there’s not enough beds nor linens to support the capacity advertised. Only other issue is parking! The parking attendants are ruthless, especially given they oversell the capacity of the parking area and then want you to park blocks away while 10% of the parking has construction equipment and supplies parked in it.

Great Condo!

This is the second time my family has stayed in this condo and it was awesome! Love the location, it is within walking distance to many restaurants, souvenir shops and more. Plenty of room for everyone in the group. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for making meals in. The views from the balcony are amazing. Jeff and his assistant LJ are wonderful to work with and go out of their way to answer questions and correct any issues that may arise. This condo is definitely top of our list when vacationing in the area!
